CVRC gets back to you
Svc Coordinator will email us the assessment form. Generally we only accepting referrals in March.

Fill out assessment form
Once we receive the assessment form you will be added to the evaluation waitlist

We schedule the evaluation
Once it's your turn on the list our office will reach out to schedule your evaluation appointment.

Pending Enrollment
After the evaluation if approval, we will contact the next month to enroll into classes.
