SMS Terms & Conditions
1. Program Description
Wave Aquatics Inc. DBA Jamie's School of Fish (the "Company") operates an SMS communications program that sends text messages to users who opt in via consent checkboxes on our website forms at https://www.jamiesschooloffish.com. The program includes two distinct message categories, each with its own separate consent checkbox on our contact forms:
Non-marketing messages: account notifications, alerts, order confirmations, class registration links, class information, and program updates.
Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and service updates.
2. How to Opt In
To opt in, complete a contact form on our website and check the consent checkbox for the message category you wish to receive. Both consent checkboxes are presented separately, unchecked by default, and are not required to submit the form. You may opt in to either category, both, or neither. Providing a phone number is also optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Additional opt-out keywords are also recognized, including STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent from this program. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by submitting a new opt-in via our website form.

8. Data Use and Privacy

9. Carrier Notice

Delivery of text messages is subject to the transmission limitations and message-delivery policies of your wireless carrier and any third-party messaging service provider. Message delivery is not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for, and disclaims any liability arising from, errors, delays, or failures in delivery caused by carrier networks, mobile device limitations, third-party service providers, force majeure events, or any other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control. 10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from this program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the phone number provided. Wave Aquatics Inc. DBA Jamie's School of Fish does not knowingly enroll minors in this SMS program. If you are registering a minor for our classes, the SMS opt-in is intended for the parent or legal guardian, not the minor.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://www.jamiesschooloffish.com/terms-conditions. Continued opt-in after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
