1. Program Description: Wave Aquatics Inc., operating as Jamie's School of Fish ("the Company"), provides an SMS communications program to facilitate class registrations and deliver requested information. By explicitly requesting a registration link or further details during a telephone interaction with our personnel or automated phone systems, users consent to receive automated text messages containing the requested materials.

2. Method of Consent: User consent to receive SMS communications is actively and affirmatively captured verbally during the recorded telephone call or through forms. Opting into SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from the Company.

3. Message Frequency: The frequency of SMS messages is strictly limited. Users will generally receive messages on a one-time basis corresponding directly to their specific verbal request, or as reasonably necessary to fulfill the operational scope of the inquiry.

4. Opt-Out Procedure (STOP): Users reserve the right to revoke their consent and terminate SMS communications at any time. To immediately opt out of receiving further text messages, reply to any received message with the exact keyword STOP. Following this request, a single confirmation message verifying the opt-out status may be dispatched, after which no further messages will be sent.

6. Applicable Rates: The Company does not impose separate fees for this service; however, standard message and data rates may apply as determined by the user's respective mobile service provider. Users are encouraged to consult their mobile carrier regarding applicable texting plans and associated fees.

  • iClassPro: Our swim school management software used for class scheduling, student rosters, and parent portal access.

  • Mailchimp: Used to manage and send our email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

  • Payment Processors: Your credit card and billing information is securely processed via our integrated, PCI-compliant payment gateways within iClassPro. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our own servers.

6. Photos and Videos

We occasionally take photos or videos of swim lessons for marketing, social media, or training purposes. We respect your preferences and only capture or publish media of your child if you have explicitly marked "Okay" on our formal photo release consent form during registration. If you wish to change your photo consent status at any time, please contact us.
