  • Data Sharing Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our business, including:

  • iClassPro: Our swim school management software used for class scheduling, student rosters, and parent portal access.

  • Mailchimp: Used to manage and send our email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

  • Payment Processors: Your credit card and billing information is securely processed via our integrated, PCI-compliant payment gateways within iClassPro. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our own servers.

6. Photos and Videos

We occasionally take photos or videos of swim lessons for marketing, social media, or training purposes. We respect your preferences and only capture or publish media of your child if you have explicitly marked "Okay" on our formal photo release consent form during registration. If you wish to change your photo consent status at any time, please contact us.

California residents have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about them, request the deletion of their data, and opt out of the "sale or sharing" of personal information (as defined by California law, which can include certain web tracking).
